Each of these books has it’s own unique style and together they encompass all the makings of great storybooks. So start Saturday, with an event that will leave them wanting more as NY Times Bestselling author & artist PETER BROWN makes us think twice about eating our vegetables with his hilarious pictures for Creepy Carrots! by Aaron Reynolds; bestselling illustrator LAURA CORNELL show us how fun trying new things can be with My Brave Year of Firsts, her 10th picture book with Jamie Lee Curtis; debut author and artistPATTY BOWMAN shares her captivating tale about a precocious cat with BIG dreams in The Amazing Hamweenine; and author & illustrator of over 40 books for children, JANE BRESKIN ZALBEN, gives us a mouse-eyed view of Picasso, Matisse, Warhol and more in Mousterpiece. Your young readers and listeners will love the chance to hear some great new tales and meet these talented picture book creators. Beginning at noon the authors & illustrators will share their new works, take questions from the audience, and sign copies of all their wonderful titles. Ages 3-6. Saturday, October 13, 12-2pm.
