The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art Exhibit & Signing @Booksofwonder

Books of Wonder is once again honored and thrilled to host an exhibition of all 16 works of art, created and donated by some of today’s most talented picture book artists, to benefit The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art though its annual silent auction. And we invite all of you to come see these stunning pictures, meet some of their award winning creators, and get books signed by these talented artists.

The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art has an annual gala here in NYC where they handout the annual CARLE HONORS to an Artist, Angel, Mentor, and “Bridge.” To benefit the Carle Museum, artists each year donate original art to be sold at a silent auction during the gala. On Saturday, September 8th, beginning at 3pm some of the wonderful award-winning artists who have donated original pieces to the auction will be on hand to meet and sign books for you and your young art and picture books fans. So join us in welcoming BORIS KULIKOVSERGIO RUZZIER, Caldecott Honor Artist PETER SIS, Caldecott Honor Artist DAVID EZRA STEIN, and Caldecott Medalist PAUL O’ZELINSKY and don’t miss this wonder-ful opportunity to meet and greet all these great artists All ages.
