Because Amelia Smiled Launch Event @BooksofWonder with David Ezra Stein!

Books of Wonder is overjoyed to welcome back local New York author and artist DAVID EZRA STEIN for the launch of his newest picture book, Because Amelia Smiled. On Saturday, August 8th, you and your young readers and listeners will be the first to hear, see, and experience the joy of this latest work by this talented Caldecott Honor artist. The afternoon starts as DAVID EZRA STEIN introduces Amelia, a girl who is skipping down the street and passing on  her radiant smile to everyone she passes. Amelia’s smile takes a journey around the world inspiring joyful events — each captured in the author/artists vibrant and lovely illustrations. Join us at noon as DAVID EZRA STEIN unveils his new book for the first time to the public, takes questions from the audience, and signs copies of all his wonderful work. Ages 3-6. Saturday, August 8th, 12-2pm.
